Fees
Fees are fixed under the Commissioners for Oaths (Fees) Rules. An official receipt is issued for every attestation.
All services are charged at the standard rates prescribed under the Commissioners for Oaths (Fees) Rules. A fee schedule will be provided on request before attestation.

Saroja Rajah is a Commissioner for Oaths appointed under section 11 of the Courts of Judicature Act 1964, with appointment number W1149. The office serves individuals, firms and corporate clients across Malaysia.
Attestations are carried out strictly in accordance with the Commissioners for Oaths Rules 2018 and the Statutory Declarations Act 1960.
